Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all online orders within 2 working days and we use a standard 2-5 working days delivery service.
For UK deliveries our standard delivery charge is £3.50 on all orders.

As soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully. If an item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will get in touch with you to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the delivery date we offer you, you have the option of cancelling the order and we will refund your card.
For all international orders our standard delivery cost is £20.
We deliver using a variety of logistics partners depending on the size of the item and destination. While we do everything we can to adhere to delivery times stated, Sandy Toes cannot be held responsible for any delays which are beyond our control.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase from us, you have 14 days to return it for an exchange or refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your order please email us, including your original order number or confirmation and reason for return to: email@example.com and we will confirm receipt of your return request and send instructions for return.
In the unlikely event of a damaged or defective product, please email as per above instructions and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you (subject to stock availability).
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and we would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
We aim to apply all refunds & despatch exchange items within 48 hours of the day they are received, although it may take longer during busy periods.
